The gas-fired, stainless steel Outdoor Artisan Pizza Oven is large enough to bake a 17-inch round or 17- by 22-inch rectangular pizza. The low, arched top reflects heat so toppings cook quickly, while a baking stone transfers heat from the burner below for the crust. An integrated smoking drawer adds a wood-fired flavor, the company says. Temperatures range from 250 to 800 degrees F. The unit can be built for liquid propane or natural gas hook-up.
