The K900HB, Kalamazoo’s advanced cooking concept, delivers this superior cooking performance in part through the deep cookbox that extends far below the grilling surface for improved heat dynamics—especially for roasting and other indirect cooking methods. The K900HB utilizes powerful cast stainless steel burners with four control zones, delivering more than 115 BTUs of cooking power for each square inch of the primary cooking surface.
