Outdoor Warming Cabinet

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has a fresh take on the standard warming unit. Designed for greater capacity and easier use, our 4.7 cubic foot capacity warming cabinet can store plated entrees or entire turkeys and roasts.

Food is kept warm in two full-extension stainless steel shelves, which are height-adjustable. A third tray can be added as an option.

In the bottom shelf, there are spaces for six gel fuel sterno heating units. Light two to six at a time for a variety of food-safe storage temperatures.

Above the fuel is the final shelf. It holds two water trays. The heated water reduces rebound time from temperature drops after opening the cabinet door. The water also keeps food moist until serving time.
