Season five of PBS's Mexico—One Plate at a Time will feature Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet equipment in Rick Bayless's outdoor ktichen. Episodes begin airing in January, 2007. Keep your eyes on your local programming schedules to see a Kalamazoo Hybrid Grill in action, cooking with charcoal, wood and gas.

Rick Bayless knows grilling. He is a self-professed "grill geek" who is also one of America's most celebrated chefs. Rick's restaurants, Frontera Grill and Topolobampo, enjoy a reputation for fantastic food, service and atmosphere, and he has won the James Beard award for Chef of the Year.
We were delighted when Rick chose to replace the grill in his outdoor kitchen with a Kalamazoo. The Bread Breaker Dual-Fuel Built-In Hybrid Grill will be featured in several season five episodes of Mexico—One Plate at a Time, filmed at his Chicago home.
