Japanese Style
The Kalamazoo Edo sculptural grill, inspired by Japanese food and design, could easily be mistaken for a table. The unique design features two panels of hand-textured stainless steel that slide open to reveal an 18-inch-by-24-inch grilling surface, with counter space on either side. Two control zones with a total of 50,000 BTUs are powered by Kalamazoo’s signature cast stainless steel dragon burner system. Liquid propane is standard; natural gas is an option. Approximate retail price is $6,995.
Pair Japanese-style design with a Japanese-style dining; fire up a wasabi-miso marinated flank steak.
It's Amore
Turn your backyard into an alfresco pizza parlor with Kalamazoo's Outdoor Artisan Pizza Oven, featuring a 30,000 BTU stainless steel gas burner and a professional composite baking stone. A digital thermometer allows you to bake a low-temperature deep-dish or a high-temperature thin-crust pie. If you prefer the flavor of wood-fired pizza, then you’ll love the integrated smoking drawer. Retails for approximately $3,990.
Impress your guests with this roasted vegetable and goat cheese pizza.
Master Griller
Grill, smoke, sear, spit-roast, bake, and even boil on Kalamazoo’s dual-fuel hybrid grill. Interchangeable gas, charcoal, and wood drawers are situated above cast stainless steel gas burners. Use one or two drawers at a time depending on the size of the grill. Charcoal and wood can be layered for added flavor; stoking is as easy as opening the drawer.
