Hot Grills
Bigger, better, and brainer than ever, grills are at the center of every great barbecue party and, well, almost every great summer family dinner. for grill seekers who want top-of-the-line, these models are positively sizzling.
Hit it Big
With a 36-by-24-inch primary grilling area, Kalamazoo's Bread Breaker Two has a hybrid gourmet grilling drawer system that allows the use of any combination of hardwood, charcoal, or gas on a single stainless steel grill. Tired of the asparagus falling through the cracks? Grill masters can specify the grilling surface patterns that best suit their needs, including different laser-cut patterns for meat, fish or vegetables. Solid surface areas are even available for hibachi grilling or griddle work.
The Art of Cooking
Inspired by Tokyo's yakitori carts that serve up Japan's favorite street fare, Kalamazoo's Edo could pass for a piece of garden sculpture. But don't be fooled: the polished stainless steel top slides open to reveal a large grilling surface that can generate 50,000 BTUs across two cooking zones.
