Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Order Processing and Payent Policies

For orders placed online through www.KalamazooGourmet.com, payment must be made by credit card (Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Orders placed by phone may be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

Because our primary products are built-to-order, payment for products is processed at the time you place your order. Payment for shipping is processed prior to shipment.

Orders are not finalized until Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has processed payment and accepted the order.

Orders typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks. Custom orders may take longer. Orders for in-stock items that ship UPS, such as certain accessories, normally ship within two business days. Orders generally ship complete unless otherwise requested.

Order cancellations are not accepted except as "returns" under the terms of our returns policy.

Sales Tax
Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet does not collect sales tax for orders, except those delivered to the states of Michigan or Illinois.
