The company is launching the Custom Outdoor Kitchen Collection, a full complement of cooking and refrigeration appliances and modular cabinetry. The products, which are branded “Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet manufactured by Perlick”, include refrigerators, refrigerated drawers, wine coolers, keg tappers and ice maker, in addition to the only freezer and freezer drawers on the market UL-rated for outdoor use. Each appliance features commercial quality stainless steel interior, precise temperature control and energy efficient cooling.

Weather-tight Stainless Steel Cabinetry

Outdoor kitchen design professionals need look no further than the Custom Outdoor Kitchen Collection for weatherproof cabinetry and unlimited design flexibility. The collection offers a range of widths in base storage units, with door and multiple drawer options, as well as corner units with either a square back or round back. All cabinetry is 30” deep and hand-fabricated of heavy-gauge stainless steel. Door and drawer openings are engineered with a seamless rain gutter for weather-tight storage and hose-down cleaning. The unparalleled design of the cabinetry also satisfies strict NEMA 4 standards for weatherproof electrical enclosures.

Other features include stainless steel leveling legs, full-extension gliding shelves, utensil racks for large outdoor cooking tools and convenient power outlets. Also available are end cap shelves, kick plates, counter overhang brackets and back filler panels.
