Hand crafted of stainless steel, Kalamazoo’s easy-to-use, gas-fired countertop Outdoor Artisan Pizza Oven let’s people cook like a professional. The low, arched top, reminiscent of traditional brick ovens in Italy, reflects radiant heat down to the toppings to cook them quickly and thoroughly, while the professional composite baking stone provides superior heat transfer from the burner below to deliver a perfect crust. Designed to come up to temperature quickly, the stainless steel gas burner delivers a broad temperature range from 250-800°F for baking everything from deep-dish pizzas to ultra thin and crispy Neapolitan-style pizzas. For a delicious wood-fired flavor, there is an integrated smoking drawer.

The oven is large enough to bake a 17” round or 17x22” rectangular pizza; overall dimensions are 27.5” W x 20.5” D x 18” H. In addition, the oven can be built for liquid propane or natural gas hook-up.
