CHICAGO, Ill. (June 7, 2005) -- Synetro Capital, LLC today announced its acquisition of the assets of The Kalamazoo Grill Company and Quadrant Manufacturing, Inc., of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The Kalamazoo Grill has earned a reputation for high-performance, stainless steel gourmet grills. The company's products include more than 14 grill models from free-standing grills, built-in grills, and grill islands to custom outdoor kitchens and lifestyle products such as the popular Martini Bar.
