CHICAGO, Ill. (June 7, 2005) -- Synetro Capital, LLC today announced its acquisition of the assets of The Kalamazoo Grill Company and Quadrant Manufacturing, Inc., of Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The company's products include more than 14 grill models from free-standing grills, built-in grills, and grill islands to custom outdoor kitchens and lifestyle products such as the popular Martini Bar.
