Kalamazoo Garlic Rub
A distinctive rub that has become our favorite for everything, including chicken, pork, vegetables, fish and even steak.
Lewis Bullard designed the original Kalamazoo grill in 1906. His legacy continues at Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet, where his great-grandson carries on Lewis' grilling passion.
One of Lewis' sons, Robert, left home to study the culinary arts in Europe and eventually lost contact with his family in America. In his late sixties, Robert located his Kalamazoo family and began correspondence, sharing recipes and herbal blends. Our signature rub is inspired by Robert, who is now a chef and sculptor in his late eighties.

It's difficult to go wrong with this balanced and savory blend of three kinds of garlic. Rub generously onto food 15 minutes before grilling.
