As a grill, the Steadfast Two Plus Smoker Box delivers the same superior cooking performance as our other Steadfast models, thanks to the deep-hopper engineering and powerful, cast stainless steel bowtie burners with four control zones for direct and indirect cooking techniques.

As a smoker, the Steadfast Two Plus Smoker Box enables any traditional smoking technique — wet or dry — slow or fast (without the grill's burners or with). The traditional, side-mounted smoker box includes the trays needed for each technique and easy to use baffles for snuffing the fire and controlling the amount of smoke that enters the grill body.

Use this grill and smoker to slow-barbecue ribs, to add hickory flavor to grilled steaks or to make our awesome smoked lasagna recipe featured in the March, 2006 issue of Hot Off The Grill!

With our optional surface upgrade, you can specify the combination of grilling surface patterns that is best for your needs, including optimized laser-cut patterns for meat, fish or vegetables. You can even order solid surfaces for hibachi grilling or griddle work.

The powerful, wok-ready 32,000 BTU side burner has four concentric rings of burner ports to make easy work of crab boils and other cooking tasks.

Four industrial-grade locking casters make it easy to reposition this hefty grill, and each is rated to 400 pounds!
